Here's The Skinny

We're a web applications and web services company with a heavy focus on client communications and usability. Unlike most other web development companies, we actually have writers and editors on staff, to help our clients realize their communications goals.

Baby Steps

The very first thing we do with any prospective client is listen. Sure, we love to talk, but we want to understand your needs before we try to help you fill them. After all, if we're going to be the experts in helping you reach your goals, we should know what they are first, right?

Why Rails?

We mostly use Ruby on Rails (also called "Rails") for our development projects, though we've used other technologies in the past plenty of times. We believe that it's important to use the right technology for every job, and we've found that Rails allows us to deliver in a timely, cost-effective manner more easily than any other framework.

Do you like robots?

We do! As cool as we think robots are, though, we don't appreciate it when they send us cans of processed pork product in the mail. That's right, we're anti-spam!

If you look at the bottom of our contact form, you'll see what's called a CAPTCHA. It's a simple challenge that requires you to prove that you're human. We recommend that all public-facing web forms have one, to reduce the likelihood that you'll wind up with spambots submitting fake information on your forms, filling up your inbox with nuisance emails about products you don't really want or websites you'll never visit.
