Client-centric web development

How do you want to be treated by your web development firm?

One size doesn't fit all

Too often in the web development world, customers spend money on a company that has a lot of big promises and an improbably low price tag and then feel like they're obligated to use the result because they've paid for it. What's the difference between a bottom-dollar website that uses a stock template and a custom-designed web application that serves a company's marketing and business development needs? Here's a hint: it's a lot more than money.

There's a significant difference between the companies behind all of the "buy a website cheap" ads you see online and a company that does custom web development. If you buy services from one of those ads, you're probably going to work with a company that designs cookie cutter websites off a set of pre-defined templates. You're going to get 3-5 static pages which will require their services to update, unless you want to learn HTML. In essence, you're paying for someone to use a glorified word processor to type your content into a template, drop in your logo, and maybe change a few colors on the page to your liking.

We build relationships

At Quagility, we take a holistic approach to web development. We're not just designing a web presence or a tool that a company will be using to service and inform clients. We're not trying to sell bargain-basement solutions with poor grammar and static content. While we're happy to provide content services for you, we don't want you to have to come to us every time you want to update something on your website.

So what do we do? Well, for starters, we listen, whether you're just getting started or you need a development partner for the next big web technology. We'll ask you a few basic questions to get you talking, but most of what we do is listen to you and learn about what your business needs are. We probably won't even make a single recommendation until we've been talking for 20-30 minutes, sometimes even an hour or longer, if it's a particularly complex project. We don't want to waste your time (or ours), but we want to make sure we're discussing a solution that will meet all of your needs and help your business succeed.

We work closely with our clients from the beginning of each project on through the end. We make sure that you're aware of the effort and costs involved with certain decisions that need to be made along the way

Simply put, at Quagility we're in the business of helping our clients be more successful.
